Most properties are available with instant booking. However, some can only be booked on request.
👉 In these cases, we recommend contacting our office to process your request.

If you prefer, you can also make a pre-booking valid for 24 hours or pay the deposit via bank transfer. In this case, please contact our office.

⚠️ For last-minute bookings, the full amount must be paid immediately.

All bookings are managed in a centralized and secure way.

📩 You will receive an instant confirmation, followed by an email with access to your guest app, where you will find all the information for your stay.

At Casa Andaluza, we take care of the entire check-in process to make it easy, clear, and hassle-free.

  • 📩 One day after your booking, you will receive an email with access to your guest app, where you’ll find all the information about your stay: arrival, key collection, departure, and the house manual.

  • 🕔 Check-in is from 5:00 pm onwards.
    👉 Early arrivals must be arranged in advance with our office.

  • 🔑 Key collection can take place in two ways:

    • At our office in Conil (for properties in town)

    • Directly at the property (common for homes outside Conil )

  • 🧾 If you collect the keys at our office, you will find an envelope with your name in the outdoor key safe.
    👉 The access code will be sent to you by email a few days before arrival.

  • 📍 The app also includes:

    • A direct link to Google Maps

    • Detailed directions to easily find your accommodation

👉 Everything is designed to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Yes. During the mid and low seasons, we also offer monthly rentals for certain properties.

Yes. All properties are fully prepared and inspected to ensure a comfortable stay.

They are professionally cleaned before your arrival and checked by our technical team to ensure that everything is in working order.

We offer personalized assistance in:

You can contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We also provide in-person assistance at our office in Conil.


The price of your stay includes:

  • 🏡 Full accommodation, including basic utilities

  • 🧹 Professional cleaning before arrival

  • 🤝 Guest support during your stay

👉 Final cleaning fees are usually listed separately in the booking breakdown.

⚠️ Please note:

  • It is not possible to waive the final cleaning service or the provision of bed linen and towels to reduce the price

  • For monthly stays, electricity and heating costs are paid by the guest

 

It depends on the property.

  • 🐾 Some properties are pet-friendly, while others do not allow pets.

  • This information is always clearly stated in the listing.

👉 If you are traveling with a pet, we recommend contacting us before booking.

💶 Conditions:

  • Approximate fee of €35 per pet per stay

  • Maximum of 2 pets per property

  • Pets are not allowed in properties that do not explicitly accept them

⚠️ Important rules:

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet

  • Pet owners must clean up after their pets in gardens or outdoor areas

  • Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool

 

Yes, all our properties are delivered with beds made and towels ready for use.

  • 🛏️ Stays up to 7 days:

    • 1 set of bed linen per bed

    • 1 set of towels per person

    • Additional courtesy towels

  • 🛏️ Stays longer than 7 days:

    • 2 sets of bed linen per bed

    • 2 sets of towels per person

The payment process depends on the booking channel:

  • Bookings via platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.)
    Payment is handled directly through the platform.

  • Direct bookings with Casa Andaluza

    • Online payment via our secure payment gateway

    • Or by bank transfer (you will receive an email with instructions)

💳 Payment terms:

  • 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival

👉 Optionally, you can arrange with our office:

  • To pay up to 50% of the remaining balance upon arrival, provided that at least 50% of the total amount has been paid 30 days in advance

⚠️ Last-minute bookings:
The full amount must be paid immediately.

 

Cancellation conditions depend on the channel through which the booking was made:

  • If you book directly with Casa Andaluza, the conditions outlined in our terms and your contract will apply.

  • If you book through platforms such as Booking or Airbnb, the platform’s cancellation policy will apply.
