House Rules

1. Be respectful of the property and its contents, as well as the garden and plants.
2. It is forbidden for more people than those stated in the booking to stay overnight in the property. Camping in the garden is also not permitted, including the parking of motorhomes belonging to people who are not registered as guests.
3. Parties or listening to loud music are not permitted. Please respect the neighbourhood and quiet hours.
4. Do not tamper with the TV and satellite programming, automatic irrigation or swimming pool facilities. In the event of a malfunction, please notify Casa Andaluza.
5. Do not throw wet wipes, sanitary towels or other objects into the toilet. Country houses with septic tanks: do not throw toilet paper into the toilet to avoid blockages.
6. When it is windy: remove parasols and awnings.
7. At night, remove cushions and mattresses from terrace/garden furniture so that they do not deteriorate due to dew or night-time watering. Do not take indoor furniture out onto the terrace or into the garden.
8. Portable barbecue: do not place the barbecue near the walls of the house, or use it in covered areas to avoid dirtying the walls. In homes within the town centre, the use of charcoal barbecues is not permitted.
9. Do not bring stray animals into the house; do not feed them in the house or garden (you can give them your food scraps outside the gate).
10. Respect the neighbourhood community rules posted in the buildings (if applicable).
11. Respect the rules for using the swimming pool (if applicable).
12. Do not bring pets into accommodation that does not expressly state that pets are allowed. In any case, the pet must have been communicated at the time of booking and the guest must have paid the corresponding supplement and deposit.

Instructions for checking out of your accommodation

1. Take your rubbish to the bin, do not leave any rubbish on the property.
2. Put everything back in its original place.
3. Leave all crockery and kitchen utensils clean.
4. Do not leave open food in the refrigerator or in cupboards or shelves.
5. Turn off all lights, air conditioning, heaters, fans, etc.
6. Bring all cushions for outdoor sun loungers or chairs inside.
7. Remove or close parasols and awnings.
8. Do not delay your departure until after 11 a.m.

Casa Andaluza has the right to claim any expenses incurred as a result of failure to comply with the rules.

• Extraordinary costs for cleaning, rubbish collection and similar costs:
  • €25 for taking rubbish bags to the bin (max. 2 bags; if there are more, the cost will be higher)
  • €20 per hour for extra cleaning (washing dirty dishes, collecting bottles and emptying ashtrays, cleaning and painting dirty walls, etc.).
  • €20 per hour per cleaner who has to wait in the event of an undue delay in departure after 11 a.m.
• Material damage caused to the property, facilities and inventory due to failure to comply with these rules, misuse, irresponsibility or negligence. Compensation will be for the value of replacement, repair or, where applicable, for the damage suffered.
• The costs of managing the incident.
