Luxury holiday apartment with two furnished terraces facing south / west with stunning panoramic sea views.
Inside:
Renovated in 2022, with significant improvements in style and comfort, the apartment offers high standard and a modern, light flooded interior. Lounge-diner with chaise-longue-sofa, easy chair, smart-TV. It connects with a bar to the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. Bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine. One bedroom with double bed (150 x 200cm), the other with twin beds and a drawer bed for a 5th guest, both with built-in wardrobes.
Terraces:
from the living room you have access to the west oriented terrace with sea view, whilst one of the bedrooms leads to the south facing terrace, furnished with chairs and table and with a sunshade.
Surroundings:
The old center with many restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk. Or you can stroll down the beach to have a drink and a tapa at beach bars or enjoy fresh fish in the beach restaurants.

Heating amp; Cooling:
Ceiling fans in all rooms and new electric low consumption heaters in living room and bedrooms. The bathroom has a radiant heater. As there is much sun coming in, heating is only necessary in the evening. In the colder months, there are duvets with covers and blankets.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Private parking
in communal garage included in the rental price.

Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und hat eine TOP-Lage in erster Linie zum Strand und fußläufig zur Stadt. Ein großer Vorteil ist die Tiefgarage, so dass man vor Ort nicht aufwändig einen Parkplatz suchen muss. Die direkte Nähe zur Uferstraße bringt leider auch etwas Lärmbelästigung mit sich. Vor allem am Wochenende war es störend, wenn viele Motorräder unterwegs sind. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung und die Vermittlung über die Agentur aber uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Das modern eingerichtete Apartment liegt absolut zentral, hat einen tollen Ausblick und ist gut ausgestattet. Und die Kleinigkeiten, die noch gefehlt haben, wurden innerhalb einer Stunde (!) nachgeliefert - ein toller Service von Casa Andaluza. Gegenüber den Fotos im Internet fehlte auf der Terrasse leider der seitliche Sichtschutz zur Straße hin; dieser soll aber in Kürze wieder angebracht werden, der Handwerker wurde bereits mit dem Anbringen des Sichtschutzes beauftragt. Auch hier wurde seitens der Agentur umgehend auf unseren Hinweis reagiert! Sowohl das Apartment als auch Casa Andaluza empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Aus jedem Zimmer hat man herrlichen Strandblick. Die beiden windgeschützten Terassen sind das Highlight der Wohnung. Sehr erfreulich war die komplette Küchen Ausstattung samt Gewürzen, Filtertüten usw. Es war einfach alles vorhanden für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Positiv ist auch die Tiefgarage, da es sonst keine Kostenfreie Parkplätze gibt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten mit zwei Balkonen mit direktem Meerblick. Obwohl die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, ist diese nur über zwei Etagen zu erreichen ( Hanglage ). Es ist eine große Wohnanlage, daher vorher genau nachfragen, wie die Wohnung zu finden ist

Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine perfekte Lage. Man ist schnell im Ort, man kann auch zu Fuß einkaufen gehen und das Beste: man ist direkt am Strand und hat auch einen super schönen Ausblick. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage, jedoch in den Zimmer jeweils einen Deckenventilator. Es war trotz extremer Hitze dadurch aushaltbar. Als der Ventilator im Wohnzimmer nicht funktionierte bekamen wir ein Ersatzgerät. Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Schränke haben allerdings so gemuffelt, dass wir unsere Kleider nicht darin unterbringen wollten und diese auf die Kommoden verteilt haben bzw. im Koffer gelassen haben. Und auch die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war nicht besonders, der Boden war meines Erachtens nur gefegt und die Küchenschränke innen dreckig. Fazit: ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Apartment in absoluter Traumlage.

El piso está muy bien ubicado. Está bien equipado. La limpieza ha sido el único fallo, el suelo estaba sucio, había arañas por todos los rincones y las toallas tenían pelos...

La estancia ha sido magnífica. El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares de la playa. Zona tranquila. La única pega es que solo pusieron un juego de toallas y creo que haría una mejor estancia tener más juegos de toallas. Encontramos hormigas en el cuarto. Por lo demás, todo perfecto

Fijn appartement met twee balkons en uitzicht op zee. De camperparkeerplaats voor de deur en de weg zijn minpunten. Geweldige restaurants op loopafstand en dcht bij het gezellige centrum. Communicatie was stroef. We kregen veel te veel mails, hetgeen verwarrend is. De inhoud klopte ook niet. Verkeerd appartementnummer doorgekregen en dan is het lang zoeken waar de sleutels wel passen. Het noodnummer werd niet beantwoord. Maar genoeg geklaagd; al met al prima plek dicht aan het strand.

Sehr gutes sauberes Appartement. Ein kleines handwerkliches Problem wurde unter einer Stunde behoben. Sehr sehr nette, freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro. Wir kommen wieder.

Ubicación espectacular y comunicación con la agencia fantástica!!! Por ponerle un pero es un bajo que para acceder hay que bajar 3 pisos de escaleras. Abstenerse personas con dificultades de movilidad. Sin duda volveremos!!!

El lugar es inmejorable. Primera línea de playa en una zona muy tranquila y a 2 minutos andando del barrio antiguo de conil que es una zona muy agradable, con muchos restaurantes buenos y ambiente.

Karin's place was very nice. We enjoyed the location (literally across the street from the beach!) and the two balconies overlooking the ocean. The restaurant Titus Bar a couple of blocks away was so convenient and tasty. Conil is a beautiful place and the apartment make our stay fantastic. Just a heads up that you have to bring your suitcases two flights down to the door of the apartment. (it's bajo and the ground floor is 2nd). it's a different system than we're used to in the US! You also need the keys to the apartment to enter and leave the complex so you have to plan if you are going to do separate activities. This was fine for us since we mostly went out together and if someone went to the beach without keys we could see them coming back to let them in. All in all I would recommend it for a family
