Casa Joaquina is a lovely holiday villa on a private track, set in the rural, tranquil area of Roche Viejo. The pool is fenced in.

Outside:

The villa is on a private estate, together with two other villas of the owner. Casa Joaquina has a completely fenced in, private garden. Also the pool is safely fenced in, making it more secure when traveling with children. There are two loungers with sunshade at the pool, and a set of terrace furniture on the covered terrace in front of the house with roll down canvas sunshade.

There is a brick made barbecue and parking for 1-2 cars

Inside:

Comfortably furnished and with all the conveniences of a good standard holiday accommodation. Living room with Mexican style diner, well equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, 2 bedrooms (one double, the other twin, both with built-in wardrobes) and a bathroom with shower.

Air condition, fans, heating

There is air condition in the living room and 2 portable fans to be used for the bedrooms. In winter you can heat with the chimney and there are electric radiators.

Surroundings:

5minute car ride takes you to Conil and several beautiful sandy beaches, like the coves of Cabo Roche or the beaches of Fuente del Gallo and Conil. There is a pizzeria close by and a grocer's less than 1 km away.
