Pool in sunny location in the front yard. The pool is operated from Easter until the end of October. The garden has a large tiled entrance area and lawn and flower bed on the side.

You can park up to 2 cars on the estate.

Inside:

The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated in the country style. Floor with terracotta tiles, walls painted in pale yellow, ceilings supported by wooden beams. The use of wood and natural materials creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Kitchen with diner, connected to the living room. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) with large built-in wardrobes, bathroom with shower.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Heating / cooling:

There is a air condition (cold/hot) in the living room. New: a wood burning stove provides comfort and warmth for the whole house in the colder months.

Surroundings:

Set in a rural and quiet landscape between Fuente del Gallo and Roche Viejo. A 5 minutes ride by car or a 15 minutes walk on a small, paved road takes you to the sandy coves of Puntalejo and Fuente del Gallo. The nearest shop is in Camping Fuente del Gallo (900m).

Long-term rental in winter:

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
