The garden is completely fenced in by walls and fences, covered by shrubs and smaller trees. The 8x4mp pool is on the sunny south side of the estate. There is a shaded terrace facing west, furnished with a comfortable set of cushioned terrace furniture. The atrium forms a wind sheltered out-door dining place, equipped with a large wooden table.

Inside:

the villa is flooded with light, thanks to french doors and large windows opening to the garden or to the atrium. Furnishing is modern and comfortable. Living room with 2 sofas, flat screen TV (mainly Spanish and German channels, with some English news channels over Astra) and air condition. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with oven and dishwasher. 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are on the ground floor, whilst on the 1st floor are a double (150 cm mattress) with a bathroom ensuite and twin bedroom (1 x 135 cm, 1 x 90 cm). All bedrooms have large, built-in wardrobes.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Location: The Villa is in the elegant Residencial Roche, only 350m from the romantic sandy coves Calas de Roche away. The elegant residential area is embedded in an incredible beautiful nature, between an extensive pine forest and the coastline with several wind protected sandy coves below the cliffs. Roche has its own security service, restaurants, several cafes and bars. There is a fitness path and an exercise area, sport and tennis places, a playground, pharmacy and community center. The next supermarkets are in El Colorado (5km) and in Conil (10km). The golf course of Novo Sancti Petri is at only 10 minutes by car.

Long-term rental in winter:

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).

Second half of July and August:

Only reservations for the first and/or second half of the month are allowed.
