Situated on second floor, this apartment has a balcony with fantastic views over the broad beach of the Atlantic. It is a perfect spot for your vacations.

With 60sqm, Casa Nena has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to a glazed balcony, the living room is flooded with light. Equipped with sofas, a dining corner, air condition and flatscreen-TV including satellite-TV (ASTRA, mostly German and international news channels). Furthermore, a fully equipped kitchen with glass ceramic hob, an electric oven and washing machine and a bathroom with shower.
Outside:
Set next to the beach front, with great looks over the beach of Conil, the 8sqm balcony is furnished with a mosaic table and wicker chairs.

Surroundings:
The building is set in the Carril de la Fuente, a quite calm street parallel to the beach promenade. There are several restaurants at less than 100m. The old town of Conil with its charming narrow streets, where you find all kinds of bars, restaurants boutiques and small shops, is only 5 minutes walk away. An ideal place for couples and families to enjoy the beach and the Andalusian liveliness of Conil.
Heating amp; Cooling:
There is air condition (cold/hot) in the small hallway that connects living room and bedrooms, used to climatize the entire apartment with one unit..
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Winter rentals:
Casa Nena is very recommendable for winter rentals, too: double glass windows, low consumption heating in the living room and additional heater for bedroom and bathroom, duvets available.
Pets:
are admitted with a unique 35€ surcharge for extra cleaning.
Different Terms of Payment:
The terms of payment for CASA NENA differ from our General Terms: A deposit payment of 40% is required within 48 hours of reservation. The remaining 60% is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

La casa y la ubicación son estupendas, pero sería conveniente que cambiarán los colchones de las camas pequeñas, por qué son un potro de tortura.

El apartamento es una maravilla,tiene de todo, está muy bien equipado y la ubicación es buenísima. Hemos estado muy a gusto, como si estuviéramos en casa. La terraza es un desahogo estupendo y nos ha encantado el apartamento. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Excelente vivienda vacacional, con una ubicacion inmejorable, a pie de playa y a la distancia perfecta para estar a 2 minutos de la calle principal pero sin ruido. terraza y vistas maravillosas. la agencia de 10, nos ha dado mucha ayuda y nos han facilitado todo desde el prioncipio. 200% recomendable. Gracias!

Vielen herzlichen Dank an das VermieterTeam von 'Casa Andaluza'. Sehr nettes, u.a. deutschsprachiges Team, was sofort gehandelt hat, als es Probleme im Appartment gab... (Fernseher hatte kein Sat Signal). Sofort wurde ein Techniker geschickt, der das Problem in kürzester Zeit behoben hat. Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber . Es liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum von Conil, aber in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist alles von dort zu erreichen... Die Lage benote ich mit 10*. Ca. 250 m vom Strand entfernt, und der Blick vom Balkon ist phantastisch. Man blickt vom Balkon auf das Meer und die Küste mit seinem wunderschönen feinen Sandstrand und auf die schönen Gärten der Nachbarhäuser. Das Appartement liegt im 2. Stock. Wir haben uns dort gut aufgehoben, und sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal an das tolle Team von Casa Andaluza, wir kommen wieder :))))

die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, der Balkon ist perfekt (Aussicht und Windschutz), alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert, alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Para repetir otro año incluso.Unas pequeñas deficiencias : podía mejorarse la limpieza a la llegada( balcones, arena en los suelos) grifo del lavabo suelto, el botón del microondas se salía, muchas hormigas por la cocina y pasillo. Las vistas y la ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento muy cómodo.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, es bastante acogedor con la cocina bastante renovada, el salón bastante amplio y una buena terraza con vistas al mar. Como mejoría sería ir añadiendo por ejemplo algún utensilio básicos de cocina más y el botón de la puerta del microondas que funciona pero se sale al pulsar o cerrar puerta. Repetiría claramente.
