Luxury holiday villa next to the beach, El Palmar. Sleeps 8

Arte Flor is a beautiful, elegant and well equipped holiday villa only 100m from the marvelous beach of El Palmar. An ideal place for those who are looking to relax on their vacation, enjoy comfort and a beautiful garden on one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain.

Outside:

From the balcony on the first floor you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, which only a few houses in El Palmar can offer. The lovely garden is maintained with love and care: palm trees, cacti, flowers of all colors and a little goldfish pond will delight. On the front terrace, the sound of the waves can always be heard. There is a barbecue area with a brick made barbecue and sink, and a wooden table with benches next to it. There is shaded parking for several cars at the rear of the estate.

Inside:

The villa is very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Spacious living room with sofas and open fire, table and chairs made of solid wood. The high ceiling is supported by dark wooden beams. The kitchen is independet and in the country style with oven and dishwasher. It has a window towards the dining place. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower.

A staircase leads up to to a gallery on the first floor, furnished as a lounge in colonial style. It has a French door opening to a balcony with sea view. Main bedroom with double bed (150cm) and balcony with view and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with bath. In the mezzanine is a smaller bedroom with drawer bed (110 cm / 90 cm).

The decoration of the villa deserves a special mention, owing to the owner#39;s artistic sense and excellent taste. Pretty paintings adorn the walls, romantic illumination is provided by reading lamps and the country atmosphere is completed by ceramic art and craft.

A basement in the rear serves as a storage room with washing machine.

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Heating amp; cooling:

There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. In winter you can heat with the chimney and with a mobile gas stove.

Surroundings:

It is located in a rural and very quiet environment, just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy your holidays with space and tranquillity from September to June. In July and August, El Palmar is very busy with tourists and you can hear the music from the beach establishments.

Pet: is admitted with a supplement of 35€.
