The holiday apartment Velazquez is set in a car free, narrow road, close to the old centre of Conil and less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach.
Inside:
The modern and light maisonette apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with lots of daylight coming in through the big windows. On the first floor is an open plan lounge with diner and kitchen. A big TV with DVD, nice wall decorations and bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The second bedroom is very small and has a bunk bed. From the master bedroom you have access to a good sized balcony. From here a spiral staircase leads up to the roof terrace with wide views over Conil and the beach.
Outside:
A large terraces forms a beautiful stay to enjoy the Andalusian sun. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.

Situation:
Set in a car free narrow street in a touristically unspoilt area, you enjoy tranquility and at the same time proximity to the beach and the historic center. Close by you find typical small shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as bars and restaurants. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach.
Heating and Cooling:
There is air condition (cold/hot) in the living room and in both bedrooms.
WLAN with optic fiber
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Parking:
It is possible to find parking at a few minutes walk from the apartment.
From November until March
there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
Pets admitted:
35€ extra fee.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem hübschen Stadthaus inmitten der kleinen Gässchen und ganz nah am Meer sehr genosssen! Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich - mit einem großen Esstisch im Innenbereich und zwei Außenplätzen (Balkon und Dachterrasse) für alle Wetterlagen bestens ausgestattet… Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage im „Herzen von Conil“, man ist für sich und nimmt doch Teil an Leben der Stadt. Alle Wege sind kurz & fußläufig erreichbar sind Strand, Markt, Läden, Bars & Restaurants - u.a. 3 Min entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist - und unser Lieblingscafé… Es fehtl also an nichts. Vielen Dank an das Casa Andaluza-Team für den netten und entgegenkommenden Service in allen Belangen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! ¡Muchas gracias al equipo de Casa Andaluza por su servicio amable y atento en todos los aspectos! Appartement très bien situé dans quartier calme mais proche de la plage et du centre ville à pieds ! Très bien équipé et toit terrasse merveilleux ! Possible de se garer dans les rues environnentes.

Velazquez 16 ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer sehr schmalen, ruhigen Straße mit ansprechender Ausstattung. (Nur auf die ' Zahnarztstühle' vorm Büfett könnte man gern verzichten). Schränke, Handtücher und in der Küche Töpfe und Geschirr - alles ist großzügig vorhanden. Wir haben uns auch gefreut, im Küchenschrank ein paar Gewürze sowie Essig und Öl vorzufinden. Das erlauben die meisten Fewos nicht. Natürlich muss man, um mit dem Frühstückstablett den netten Balkon zu erreichen eine längere Treppe mit Kurve benutzen, was nicht ganz leicht ist. Auch die Dachterrasse ist mit Tisch und Stühlen gut bestückt, aber die Wendeltreppe sollte man lieber ohne Tablett benutzen! Dafür ist der Blick dort wunderschön und die schon etwas kaputte Markise spendet etwas Schatten. Wenn man wie wir am liebsten den Strand jenseits des Salado aufsucht, ist Velazquez 16 günstig gelegen, man findet immer einen Parkplatznur wenige Minuten entfernt.

El apartamento está genial,a diez minutos andando de la playa y del centro del pueblo. Para aparcar no hemos tenido problema a pesar de ser agosto. La llegada muy bien ya que nos dieron todas las facilidades.Y el apartamento muy limpio,con una climatización estupenda,muy bien decorado y alegre. Con detalles que te hacen muy agradable la estancia.

Estancia maravillosa. Terraza con vistas fantásticas al mar y al pueblo. Ubicación inmejorable, a dos pasos del centro histórico y a 5 minutos andando de la Playa de los Bateles y del Río Salado. Barrio tranquilo y con servicios. Recomendado 100%

Apartamento ubicado a 5 minutos caminando del centro y con bastante posibilidad de aparcamiento por la zona. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene una terraza con unas vistas preciosas. La única pega es que la entrada es a las 17 h de la tarde y la salida a las 11 h por lo que se pierde un día entero habiéndolo pagado. A pesar del horario que creo que lo podrían ajustar más, es un apartamento 100% recomendable. :)

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Fußläufig ist der Strand und die Ortsmitte gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr schön, in der Küche findet sich alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein Highlight ist die luftige Dachterrasse mit genialer Sicht ringsum. Ein schönes Quartier, das wir gerne wieder buchen werden.

Estancia estupenda, grande y tal cual se ve en las fotos, localizacion perfecta ya que esta cerca de la playa y a menos de 5 minutos del centro. Es un barrio agradable y tranquilo.

Eine tolles Ferienappartment (Haus in einer ruhigen Straße der Altstadt von Coil (Randlage)) mit einer in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung. Die Möblierung eines Ferienappartments in dieser Preisklasse mit günstigen Ikea-Möbel ist völlig nachvollziehbar, jedoch sollte ein Austausch defekter Schränke, abgeschrabbelter Küchenmöbel, abgegriffener in die Jahre gekommener (Elektro)Geräte (Toaster/ Grill-Ofen, Kohle-Grill etc.) von Zeit zu Zeit in Angriff genommen werden. Dies scheint jedoch nicht Priorität des Eigentümers zu sein, der Ferienvermittlungsagentur CASA ANDALUZA ist das nicht anzulasten. Ist das Team supernett und serviceorientiert ! Hierfür 10 von 10 Punkten. Für das Ferienappartement selbst jedoch deutlich weniger.

La atención ha sido exquisita. Yo personalmente he tenido en todo momento contacto con Jan y ha sido un placer. Atento, agradable y si he necesitado algo enseguida me atendía.No tengo ninguna duda que el año próximo volveremos y sin ninguna duda con casa andaluza.Ya estamos recomendandolo en Euskadi.Un placer!!
