Wir waren eine Woche im September in der Wohnung, die Schlüssel haben wir aus dem Schlüsseltresor erhalten, das hat super geklappt. Die Treppe zur Wohnung und auch in der Wohnung ist etwas steil und eng aber das war okay. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt macht zwar die Anfahrt etwas schwierig und Parken ist hier unmöglich (unten am Strand sind aber genügend kostenlose Parkplätze) aber man ist natürlich direkt in den Gassen mit Bars, Restaurants, Läden. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt mit allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Zum Strand kommt man ohne Problem zu Fuß. Die Aussicht von der oberen Dachterrasse ist einfach unschlagbar. Schlüsselabgabe war auch problemlos. Wir würden dort jederzeit gerne zurück kommen.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen gemeinschaftlich genutzten Innenhof, welcher stark von der Bewohnerin im Erdgeschoss, sowohl akustisch als auch räumlich, beansprucht wird. ist Die Bäder könnten saniert werden und dabei das obere Bad etwas vergrößert werden. Gerne wieder!

Das Highlight dieser mitten in der schönen Altstadt gelegenen Wohnung sind die 2 Terrassen/Balkone mit tollen Pflanzentöpfen und verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, je nach Sonnenstand und Windstärke, von der oberen Dachterrasse blickt man bis zum Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und im maurisch-andalusischen Stil eingerichtet und die untere Wohnebene angenehm kühl. Wünschenswert wäre bei Küchenzubehör und Geschirr etwas mehr Auswahl und Neuwertigkeit oder Sauberkeit, auch der Innenhof vor dem Wohnungseingang könnte etwas gepflegter sein. Der Herd funktioniert überraschenderweise anders herum, 1=höchste Stufe, 6=kleinste Stufe, da muss man am ersten Abend erstmal draufkommen ;-) ansonsten wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Conil, vielen Dank!

Generell: Sehr gute Betreuung und Empfang durch das Casa Andaluza Team. Jose und Karin waren immer gut erreichbar und haben schnell geantwortet und sehr nett und ausführlich informiert. Auch bei einem medizinischen Notfall unseres Kindes, konnte uns das Casa Andaluza Team schnell aushelfen und an einen deutschsprachigen Arzt verweisen. Haus: Generell schönes, zentral gelegenes Haus mit toller Dachterrasse. Die generelle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung der Küche sind jedoch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus soll aber demnächst anscheinend generell renoviert werden und danach sollte der Komfort & Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wohl auch 5 Punkte rechtfertigen können.

La información y las fotos reflejan fielmente el apartamento, aunque la llegada podía haber sido mejor. A las 17:00 todavía estaban limpiando y el apartamento estaba con las contraventanas cerradas, dando aspecto de oscuro y las bombillas de algunos apliques no funcionaban. Aún así no eran luces principales y tan solo avisé unos días antes de acabar mi estancia para que lo solucionasen antes de la llegada del siguiente huésped. La ubicación es muy buena, a un paso de la playa y la zona de ambiente,aunque sin excesivo ruido por la noche. Lo mejor sin duda la terraza con su minipiscina y la azotea de ensueño con vistas al mar. En general,un apartamento recomendable al que espero volver
