Puerta del Sol is a beautifully designed residential complex on the northern bypass of Conil.

Outside:
The Puerta del Sol residential complex: The twostories apartment blocks enclose on two sides the communal area, consisting of a colourful, very well maintained garden, a fenced communal pool and a slope for paddle tennis, a smaller version of tennis which is very popular in Spain. The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden and pool area of the residential complex. It has a covered, furnished terrace and a small front garden with lawn and hedge. From here you have a beautiful view of the pool and the park with its flowering bushes and flower beds.

The community pool measures approx. 15x7m, is 140cm - 170cm deep and operational from March to September/October.

Interior:
The interior is comfortable and modern, the equipment is of high quality.
Open living-dining room with modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven); bedroom with double bed, the second one is very small and has a bunk bed, both with wall closet; bathroom with shower.

Location:
Near the residential complex there are 2 supermarkets (Supersol and Aldi), as well as several bars/cafés and shops of the newly developed quarter of Conil, the #39;Pocito Blanco#39;.

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa. Realmente no le faltaba de nada. Si quisiera comentarles un par de detalles a solucionar, pero nada grave. 1) No teníamos ninguna llave que pudiera cerrar la verja del jardín. 2) no pudimos usar una de las hamacar porque tenía un brazo roto (se vé que se había intentado reparar con un alampre y una brida, pero estaban partidas y el brazo se salía). Entendemos que se trata de dos detalles mínimos que no han afectado en gran medida a nuestra estancia ni han hecho que nuestra valoración disminuya. Muchas gracias por todo

Nice appartment But very dusty, so a vacuum cleaner would be nice. Door from living room to garden is very hard to open. We repaired water tap in kitchen, but is still lose. But we enjoyed our stay and appartment + location in Conil de la Frontera. El Puerta del Sol is nice place te be.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio. No faltaba de nada. La terraza con su jardincito lo mejor. Urbanización muy tranquila y muy bien cuidada. La zona tranquila, en un paseo de 15 minutos estabas en el centro de Conil. Totalmente recomendable.

Das Apartment ist wirklich toll, gute Lage, herrlich ruhig und der Padelplatz( die Padel mit Bälle dafür waren im Apartment)auf dem Gelände war auch echt super. Es gab am Anfang ein Problem mit der Wäsche und der Toilette. Dies wurde aber alles akkurat geregelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Probleme beim elektronischen Einchecken in die Anlage und damit zum Wohnungszugang wurden sehr kulant behoben: Eine notwendige Hotelübernachtung wurde bezahlt und ein Tapa-Abendessen in einem Lokal unserer Wahl wurde uns spendiert! - Wir empfehlen die lokale Immobilienagentur daher und werden mit Gewissheit dort wieder buchen!
