The holiday home is set in a private, with a shaded, east-oriented terrace in the front and a furnished roof terrace with pergola with sea view.

Inside:

On the ground floor: living room with sofas and dining area; large, fully fitted kitchen and guest-WC. On 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and inbuilt wardrobe, the other two bedrooms with one single bed each. Two of the bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes and there is a bathroom with bath.

Outside:

To enjoy the sunshine outside, the best spot is on the roof terrace, equipped with a wooden pergola, a set of chairs and table, and a wide view over the town, the beach and the ocean.

Situation:

Huerta de Enmedio is a quiet, idyllic plaza in the middle of the lively old town of Conil. The place is surrounded by attractive 2-storey apartment buildings on one side and a row of terraced houses on the other, with a line of trees in the middle. An idyllic spot in the centre of this vibrant town.
