This charming maisonette apartment belongs to the popular fishermen quarter of Conil. It has a furnished roof terrace with sea view.
Location:
The apartment is only at 10 minutes walk from the marvellous beach Los Bateles. There is a good choice of restaurants, boutiques and bars in the surroundings. The commercial area of Conil with the market hall, the best address for fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables is a 5-10 minutes walk away. Situated in a car free alley, there is no traffic noise.
Inside:
Casa Nardo extends over 3 stories: on ground floor a salon with sofa and a flat screen TV, kitchenette, dining area and a shower room. A spiral staircase leads up to the 1st floor, with a twin bedroom and a small room with bunk beds. The spiral staircase continues up to the furnished roof terrace.
Outside:
The furnished roof terrace has a sun shade and offers wide views over the village and the beach. On windy days, guests can enjoy also outdoor meals in front of the house, where the alley wideness to a patio.

La casa por lo general bien, pequeña e incomoda pero para unos pocos de días suficientes.

Ubicación excelente y casa completa, cumple con lo anunciado. Negativo: La escalera resulta algo incómoda porque es bastante estrecha para subir equipaje y el cuarto de las literas algo pequeño para alojar a adultos. Hay otros alojamientos vacacionales en la misma calle y tuvimos bastante ruido de los vecinos por la noche a pesar de ser una calle muy tranquila. Positivo: El resto de la casa estupenda, dormitorio principal con camas cómodas, cocina equipada y la terraza en la azotea un lujo!

Nice little house in veey Andalucian barrio. House is very well equipped with all one needs in kitchen, bathroom and living. Pleasant rooftop with shade and some views of the ocean. Good beds and ample linnen. Stairs to first and sevond floors a nit crampy, not suitable for those with mobility problems. The bed for guests 3 an 4 is a bumk bed, good for young chlidren. Fan and airco present, but the house is well isolated during hot days. The personal of C.A. on calle Chiclana is very friendly and attentive. Only bit of critique concerns the lock of the front door, which requires replacement. All shops and bars and restaurants on short distance (mostly within 5 minutes walking). Parking is good along the boulevard Los Bateles and near the walkways to the beach at the entrance of Conil in front of the ocean. In June til September bleu zone parking requires a bit more walking to and from Nardo. Ee thoroughly enjoyed the place, the quietness and very Spanish atmosphere! Hurray for C.A.!

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, limpio en general aunque no impecable (entiendo que es un apartamento turístico y esto es difícil de encontrar). A valorar positivamente que hay utensilios de limpieza como estropajo, bayeta, etc. Nuestra estancia en el apartamento ha estado bien, la calle es peatonal y silenciosa para dormir, muy bien ubicada. No es posible aparcar en la misma calle pero a unos 8-10 minutos andando encontramos aparcamientos gratuitos (aunque esto también dependía de la hora, suelen estar llenos). Lo único que mejoraría es la comunicación con la gestora del piso, quedaron varias conversaciones pendientes para confirmar un par de cosas que nunca llegó a contestar... la verdad es que eso me ha sorprendido, por suerte no eran cosas que fueran urgentes o muy importantes, así que tampoco insistí.
