is an exclusive apartment complex on the west of Conil at only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There is a popular cocktail bar and a large supermarket next to the complex, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil.

west facing terrace, furnished with table amp; chairs and 2 loungers and awnings. On the rear side is a small patio with storage space for beach chairs, a cabinet with the washing machine and clothes rack.

the pool is operative from May until October.

Inside:

living-dining room furnished with sofa, dining place for 6, large flat screen TV and chest of drawers. Kitchen half open towards the living area, equipped with dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven. Bedroom with king size double bed and built-in wardrobe, the other twin with two 105 cm beds and large wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, WC and sink.

Heating amp; Cooling:

Air conditioning in living room and in the bedrooms.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Parking:

There is private parking in the communal garage of the complex.

No Pets admitted.

Long-term rental in winter:

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
