The holiday apartment Fino is set in a car free, narrow road, close to the old centre of Conil and less than 10 minutes#39; walk from the beach.
Inside:
The apartment is on ground floor, with a open plan kitchen-dining-living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, microwave, electric grill and gas hob, and a dinding area seating 4 people. Sitting area with 2 sofas and TV with satellite connection. Bathroom with bath. Main bedroom with 150 cm double bed and access to the patio. Twin bedroom with 2 x 90 cm beds. Both bedrooms have air condition.
Outside:
On ground floor is a 10 sqm patio with small wooden table and chairs and pot plants. On second floor is a private roof terrace (15 sqm) with pergola, table, chairs and 2 sun beds, and some pot plants.

Situation:
The apartment has an ideal location for a relaxing holiday in Conil. Set in a car free narrow street in a touristically unspoiled area, you enjoy tranquility and at the same time proximity to the beach and the historic center. Close by you find typical small shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as bars and restaurants. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach in this part of Conil, yet unspoiled by tourism.
Heating amp; Cooling:
There is air condition (cold/hot) in the living room.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Parking:
It is possible to find parking at a few minutes walk from the apartment.
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
Pets admitted:
35€ extra fee.

El apartamento está en un bajo muy cómodo, a 8 min del centro y de la playa, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones sin llevarse nada de casa, el precio en relación es accesible, no es extremadamente caro.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. A 3 minutos de la playa y al lado del rio. Paseos muy agradables. El personal de la agencia muy amable y eficiente. Cerca de tiendas, carnicerías y pescaderías de toda la vida. Gente muy cercana.

Wohnung war sauber und zweckdienlich und auch ruhig. Wir hatten leider 2 Nächte mit sehr lautem Nachbarn.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage, Dachterrasse wunderbar. Die Matratzen sind leider nicht so gut. Die eine wurde ja schon ersetzt. Service von casa andaluza sehr gut, auch die Taxifahrer sind sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

La casa è molto gradevole, situata all'estremo del paese in un quartiere simpatico e calmo. Si va al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Ristoranti e negozi molto vicini, il centro animato del paese accessibile in 5 minuti a piedi.Il patio è accessibile dalla camera matrimoniale, mentre per andare nella terrazza privata (molto bella, vista sul mare, ombra...) bisogna salire due piani e aprire una porta.La cucina è molto ben dotata (manca solo la lavastoviglie). Wifi (fibra) eccellente.Nel nostro caso abbiamo dovuto cercare e restituire le chiavi in agenzia (15 minuti a piedi, nel paese). Arrivando il pavimento era piuttosto sporco: l'agenzia si è scusata e ha proposto di mandare qualcuno, cosa che abbiamo rifiutato.La comunicazione con l'agenzia è stata un po' caotica (richieste di documenti successive, e-mail e messaggini...).Globalmente una buona sistemazione anche se non proprio economicissima.

Good location, 10 minutes from the ocean and if you're lucky you can have parking next to the apartment otherwise 5 minutes walking.
