Vista El Roqueo is a generously cut apartment for 2-3, combining high standard equipment and harmonic design. From the furnished terrace you enjoy marvellous sea views
Inside:
The apartment is on 1st floor and was recently renovated in 2021. It is equipped with brand new furnishing, offering generous space and a lovely decoration. Thanks to large sliding glass doors connect the rooms to the terrace, the rooms are light flooded and give you great views from the inside, too.
Open space living room with fully fitted American style kitchen, dining place, sofa and large TV. The bedroom is spacious, and equipped with king size double bed and large wardrobe.
Bathroom with shower. There is also a storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Exterior:
The terrace is equipped with a set of chairs and table and 2 cushioned easy chairs. It is west oriented, and in the winter semester you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Surroundings:
Located at the entrance of the exclusive residential area of Fuente del Gallo, next to the newly built Hotel Barceló, there is no street noise from the cul-de-sac road. The small beach of El Roqueo below the cliffs is sheltered from the wind and a nice place to swimm and sunbath on low tide. The larger beach Playa La Fontanilla is only a few minutes walk away.
There are shopping possibilities in walking distance: a Spar-supermarket in Fuente del Gallo and a large supermarket (Carmela) at the west entrance to Conil. There are several restaurants (El Roqueo, El Mirador, Hotel Barceló, Hotel Garbi) close by.
Conil is a 10-15 minutes walk away.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Air condition(cold/hot) provides comfort throughout the year.
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).

Estupenda casa. Solamente creo que el sofá cama debería ser más cómodo y grande. La ropa de cama también es bastante mejorable

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Es war alles sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Leider waren bei der Ankunft die Mülleimer nicht geleert. Die Agentur wurde über WhatsApp benachrichtigt und die erste Reaktion war, dass der Müll zwei Tage später abgeholt werden sollte (es war Samstag). Nach längerer Diskussion über WhatsApp wurde der Müll dann noch am selben Abend abgeholt.

Me ha encantado alojarme en este apartamento, es perfecto. Tiene de todo, tanto en la cocina para hacer todo lo que necesites como en el resto de la casa. Me ha encantado y no he tenido ningun problema estoy super contenta!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, amplio, cómodo, nuevo y limpio. Totalmente equipado. Ubicación muy buena. El único pero que le pongo es relativo a la gestión, hay que desplazarse para buscar las llaves, seguir las múltiples instrucciones de la agencia

Todo bastante bien. Hemos estado muy cómodos. No había bolsas de basura, que creo que es cómodo para facilitar la limpieza. En general muy bien. Muchas gracias

Ein tolles, modern eingerichtetes Appartement mit Blick auf das Meer, vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Der lange und breite Strand ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen, wo es auch zahlreiche Restaurants gibt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr natürlich und die Menschen vor Ort sehr freundlich. Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur sehr schön, gerne wieder!

Se debería prestar más atención a la limpieza, supongo q al ser todo nuevo, las limpiadoras se aprovechan y les luce todo dedicando menos tiempo. Tapa water rota, y sábanas cama matrimonio sucia., polvo lámparas.

Haría falta un toldo en la terraza. Al colchón y almohadas deberían llevar fundas para mejor protección de los mismos

Muy contentos, era justo lo que buscábamos. Viajamos por trabajo y el apartamento era ideal para desconectar al final del día. Es fácil aparcar por los alrededores del edificio. Buen acceso a la playa. No encontramos contenedores cerca, así que tuvimos que llevar la basura en el coche hasta el más próximo.
