is an exclusive villa area on the west of Conilat only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil.
Communal area:
Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex Playa Fontanilla has a large, fenced in swimming pool. The communal gardens are lush with mature, blossoming vegetation and also the individual gardens are well kept, with different shades of green and multicoloured flowers contrast to the white sobriety of the buildings.
Playa Fontanilla is a popular accommodation for families, offering a secure environment for children and possibilities to make friends.
Outside:
Villa Afrika is semi-detached with protected, back-yard like terrace and small garden with lawn and wall covering blossiming climbers. Furnished with a set of wooden terrace furniture and with 2 sunbeds.
With nice views over the area from the balcony on the 1st floor and the roof terrace. The roof terrace is equipped with outdoor-lounge furniture.
Next to the kitchen is a small sheltered rear patio, used for laundry mostly.

Furnishing and decoration is exquisit with oriental antiques, making you feel at home at once.
Ground floor:
Open plan kitchen with working island, which can be used at the same time as a breakfast place. Living room is equipped with2 sofas, and a dining area for 6. The kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher, american style freezer, microwave. Bathroom with shower / WC.
First floor:
Master bedroom with 150cm double bed, terrace and en-suite bathroom with bath tub. Second bedroom with twin beds (90 cm), the 3rd with drawer bed (90 cm). Shared bathroom with bath. All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes
Air condition combined with heating in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.
Covered parking in the communal garage included in the price.
Long-term rental in winter:
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).

Ha sido una estancia muy buena. Todo lo que estaba acordado ha cumplido muy bien las expectativas.El precio es elevado aunque entendible por el periodo del año y por la casa. Comunicación muy efectiva.Ruidos por la noche muy mejorable, pero entiendo que no es cosa suya. Pero los niños jugando y gritando hasta las 01.30 o 02.00 am era insoportable.El resto de 10!!!Muchas gracias

Nice homely house, perfect for family holiday, nice swimming pool and imideiat access to the path along the beach with a 10 min walk into town cente. Parking space was very good and fine for large SUV we hired

El apartamento estaba genial. Lo único que hemos echado en falta son instrucciones sobre cosas como el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado, y similar.

Nos gustó mucho la estancia. Quizás algún utensilio de cocina o material de limpieza necesita renovación por estar muy usado. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente el último día y la bombona de repuesto estaba vacía. Quizás se podría verificar entre huéspedes. No obstante se informó a la agencia a la salida y supongo que si hubiera pasado a mitad de estancia se hubiera resuelto pronto. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Der Empfang im Haus war etwas getrübt, da die Tür zur oberen Terrasse sich nicht schließen ließ und es sehr kalt rein kam, WLAN und Satellitenantenne nicht vorhanden waren, was aber alles SEHR schnell behoben wurde. Vielen Dank noch einmal!!! Der Komfort war durch die zuerst schlecht und später nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage eingeschränkt. Wir haben abends immer gefroren! Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön!!
Anmerkung Casa Andaluza: die Klimaanlage funktioniert inzwischen einwandfrei, sowohl zum Kühlen ala auch zum Heizen. (Okt. 2022)

The house was in a great location, and the pool looked wonderful. It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach depending on whether you are walking with children or not. The beach is lovely, and the sunsets are amazing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the internet for the first two days because we booked last minute. If we had booked a few days in advance, I'm sure it would have been sorted and ready to go for us.
