La Soleá is set in a tranquil cul-de-sac. A perfect home to relax and enjoy the cozy flair of the cottage and its outside areas.

Inside:

Open plan living room with high, wooden paneled ceiling, sitting area sofa-bed with chaise longue, another 3 seat sofa, easy chair, open fire and dining place. In summer, some of the furniture is moved outside on the terrace. American style fully fitted kitchen with colorful retro-style tiling. Bedroom with 160cm double bed ; the other bedroom is twin. Bathroom with shower, WC and double sink.

Outside:

Plot of 500 sqm with lawn and trees. Shaded terrace with lounge furniture in summer. Behind the house is another terrace/patio with sunshade and dining table.

Surroundings:

Set on a cul-de-sac dust track, you enjoy maximum tranquility. The beach of Zahora is a 10 min. walk away, the marvelous beach of Mangueta a 20 minutes walk. In Zahora you find a good choice of restaurants and there is a supermarket and several shops in 15 minutes walking distance.

Heating amp; cooling:

The solid structure of the building with high ceiling and the moderate climate of the Atlantic coast do not require air condition. In winter you can heat the house with the chimney and a mobile gas heater, and there are electric heaters for bedrooms and bathroom.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
