Private Rooftop Terrace
Spacious 40 m² private rooftop terrace furnished with a wooden table and chairs, as well as two comfortable sun loungers with cushions. An awning provides shade during the sunniest hours of the day, and the terrace offers lovely views towards El Palmar Beach.
On the rooftop terrace, there is a small attic-style room equipped with a sofa bed and a practical kitchenette. The outdoor shower is ideal for cooling down the terrace floor on hot summer days or washing dishes from the kitchenette.
Above the attic room, there is an elevated lookout point where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the village and the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the surroundings.
Ground Floor
Cozy living room equipped with a sofa and flat-screen TV. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
First Floor
The first floor features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has two single beds joined together. The second bedroom is furnished with a 135 cm double bed, while the third bedroom offers a single bed and a desk, making it ideal for working or studying.
There is also a separate toilet with a washing machine on this floor.
Location:
The apartment is located in a narrow, car-free street, a 10-minute walk from Los Bateles beach and 5 minutes from the old town center of Conil. Restaurants and shops can be found in the vicinity. The market hall, where you can buy freshly caught fish, meat, fruit and vegetables from the area, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.Parking: There is hardly any parking space for cars in the center of Conil; we therefore recommend using one of the public car parks in Conil.
Air conditioning:
There is air conditioning in the living room and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom has a fan.
Smart-TV / Internet
Wifi with fiber optic allows you to watch films or series online.
Pets
are allowed: max. 1 small dog. 35€ supplement.

From November to March we offer special monthly prices for stays of + 60 days. Heating costs and final cleaning extra.

Insbesondere die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Strand von Conil war herrlich! Im Haus war alles (und noch mehr) vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir würden das schöne Haus wieder buchen!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Altstadt Lage mit wunderbarer Dachterrasse. Zu zweit hatten wir viel Platz, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche hat zum Kochen eingeladen. Die Inneneinrichtung könnte vom Design etwas verbessert werden, aber für uns war alles gut. Für das nächste Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Danke an die Eigentümerin!

Das Haus war in einem perfekten Zustand, sehr gut gelegen, mitten im Dorf. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, Cafe´s, Restaurants, Einkaufen und selbst zum Strand läuft man keine 10 Min. Es war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und wir hatten genügend Platz . Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodaß man auch gut kochen kann. Und nicht zuletzt, die Dachterrasse mit dem Blick auf den Atlantik ist einfach ein Traum. Wir waren zu fünft dort und waren rundum begeistert.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaubt! Die Lage in Conil ist hervorragend; in einer kleinen, ruhigen Strasse mit Blumen und netten Nachbarn. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auf der wunderschönen Terasse wäre ein zusätzlicher Sonnenschutz (z.B. ein Sonnenschirm) wünschenswert, da in der Mittagszeit das Sonnensegel nicht genug Schatten spendet. Danke auch für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa Irene se encuentra en medio del casco antiguo urbano y animado de Conil. Todo está a poca distancia a pie. Se recomienda coche para excursiones en la zona. Sin embargo, encontrar un espacio de estacionamiento en las inmediaciones de la casa es una cuestión de suerte.
La casa es como se describe en el anuncio. Las zonas de sala y comedor han sido recientemente cómodamente equipadas con muebles nuevos. Desde la terraza alta y pequeña tienes una vista maravillosa del mar. Consejo: pasa el rato y navega el sol por la noche por la noche, de lo contrario, podría ser una noche sin dormir.
La recogida de llaves en la agencia fue sin complicaciones. Lo único a lo que no prestamos atención al reservar y perdimos con 4 personas fue un lavavajillas. Pero esto es fácil para una semana completamente soleada en noviembre y los buenos restaurantes de la zona.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gute Ausstattung in der Küche und der schöne Mirador haben uns besonders gefallen. Der Levante hat die schönen Sonnensegel zu sehr strapaziert und deshalb fehlte etwas Schatten auf der Terrasse.

Zentrale Lage, alles ist im Haus vorhanden. Leider sind die Matratzen in den vorhandenen Betten durchgelegen und damit Austausch bedürftig. Dachterrasse ist mega, Grillen und Chillen war dort sehr angenehm. Buchung über Online Portal war recht einfach. Conil ist ein Traum.

Wir haben uns in casa Irene sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Dachterrasse sehr schön in der Aussicht und die kleine Gasse mit den Blumen macht Freude anzukommen. Man merkt an Details, Plakaten und Büchern, dass eine interessante Person im Haus wohnt; das ist sehr angenehm. Der Gruß zum Empfang von casa Andaluza kam sehr gut an. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Ort. Gute Lage, Strand, Bars, Restaurants, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit von Strand, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden. Die Casa Irene ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Die Terrasse mit Meeresblick ist wunderbar zum Entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter der Casa Andaluza waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt sehr gute Erfahrung!

El apartamento está genial en cuanto a ubicación, menaje y distribución. Para nosotros el gran fallo es que no dispone de aire acondicionado en la primera planta que es donde están ubicadas las tres habitaciones, en nuestro caso nos pilló la ola de calor y el levante pero aún así, siendo un piso tan soleado en verano coge mucho calor. Estaría bien que indicasen que dispone de un baño completo y un aseo, ya que pensábamos por la descripción que se trataba de dos baños completos. La azotea da mucho juego, aunque los días de levante no pudimos aprovechar mucho el toldo. En cuanto a la limpieza, la habitación que hay ubicada en la azotea no estaba muy limpia y en el resto nos encontramos con armarios poco limpios (arena y polvo) incluso documentación de otras personas en algún cajón. Por otro lado, en algunas habitaciones parte del armario estaba ocupado con almohadas, sábanas y otras cosas de uso privado de la casa, limitando mucho el espacio disponible para los huéspedes.

the stay at casa irene was wonderful. it was in a quiet street with friendly neighbors and a 3 min walk to the nearest big supermarket. the kitchen was excellently equipped for cooking, with sharp knives and all necessary utensils and pots! the walk to the beach is less than 10 min and the terrace offers a great view and dining opportunity. the house was very organized, and the shower and bed linens were well cleaned and hygienic. i highly recommend casa irene to anyone who would like a relaxing conil holiday in a perfect house.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, das auch gut für mehrere Personen geeignet ist. Von der Terasse sehr schöner Blick zum Meer. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, falls man sich selbst versorgen will.

Ein wunderschönes weißes Haus in dem wunderschönen weißen Ort. Kein aufdringliches auswechselbares Touristen-Nest. Alles sehr spanisch, andalusisch. Von der Terrasse auf dem Dach sind die Weite des Atlantiks und das unglaubliche Blau am Himmel faszinierend.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus liegt im lebhaften Umfeld der Altstadt und gibt einen guten Einblick in das andalusische Alltagsleben.
