Santa María is a renovated 2-storey town house with 8 apartments. Apartment 1 B is on 1st floor with south oriented terrace.

Furnishing and equipment are functional with traditional wooden furniture. Living room with 3-seat sofa and dining area; integrated kitchen with glass ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave. Double bedroom with queen size bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside:
Terrace with sunshade and a set of table and chairs.

Set in a tranquil street close to #39;El Punto#39;, the geographic center of Conil. The beach is a 10-15 min. walk away.

There is air condition (warm/cold) in the living room.

Parking:
on the street. In low/mid season you will find parking close by. Otherwise we recommend to use one of the public parking places of Conil.

from November - March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals.
