El Soberao is loverly decorated in living colors, with a large, wind protected porch forming a open air living room.
Inside:
The cottage has a cozy flair and makes you feel at home at once.
On ground floor:
Open plan living room with 2 2-seat sofas, wood burning stoveand dining area. American style fully fitted kitchen with colorful retro-style tiling. Guest toilet.
On 1st floor:
Bedroom with 150cm double bed and access to a terrace with views over the garden and the neighbourhood. The other bedroom is twin. The metal tube of the chimney heats up this bedroom in winter, when the house is heated with the fire. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink.
Behind the cottage is a small utility room with washing machine and the electric powered water heater.
Heating amp; cooling:
The solid structure of the building and the moderate climate of the Atlantic coast do not require air condition. In winter you can heat the house with the chimney, and there are electric heaters for bedrooms and bathrooms.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Outside:
Plot of 600 sqm with lawn, trees and decorative borders along the walls. The terrace is covered and sheltered from the wind. Furnished with a cushioned sitting corner and a set of table and chairs. There is a brick made barbecue with sink and a outdoor shower.

Surroundings:
Set on a dust track, the area is very tranquil. The beach of Zahora is a 10 min. walk away, the marvelous beach of Mangueta a 25 minutes walk. In Zahora you find a good choice of restaurants and there is a supermarket and several shops in 3-10 minutes walking distance.

Long-term rental in winter:
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
Pets are allowed, 35€ surcharge.

Alles bestens. In dem Häuschen und dem schönen Garten fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen!

Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich schön und komfortabel, das Umfeld ist sehr charmant, es gibt Supermärkte und gute Restaurants fußläufig. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Nähe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Agentur war ebenfalls jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit - besser geht es nicht.
