Casa Lilly offers a phantastic situation between the old town of Conil and the broad sandy beach Playa Los Bateles.Great sea view from the terrace.
Inside:
The apartment is on 1st floor of a building in sloping situation, overlooking the buildings in front of it.
Living room with chaise-longue corner sofa and dining place for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven, and a small balcony with nice views. The bedrooms are quite small. Twin bedroom with inbuilt wardrope, the double bedroom has a chest of drawers and a small work space. Bathroom with shower.
Outside:
On second line to the beach, the terrace is sheltered from the wind and has extendable awnings. There is a chaise-longue and a marroquean mosaique table with seats, to enjoy outdoor meals.

Surroundings:
The building is set in the Carril de la Fuente, a quite calm street parallel to the beach promenade. There are several restaurants at less than 100m. The old town of Conil with its charming narrow streets, where you find all kinds of bars, restaurants boutiques and small shops, is only 5 minutes walk away. An ideal place for couples and families to enjoy the beach and the Andalusian liveliness of Conil.

There is air condition (cold/hot) with units in each room.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Winter rentals:
Casa Lilly is very recommendable for winter rentals, too: double glass windows, aircon with hot air in all rooms, duvets available.
From November - March there are monthly rates. Heating costs and final cleaning extra.

Casa cómoda, bien equipada, ubicación perfecta cerca de todo pero en zona supertranquila. Un extra que tenga aire acondicionado en salón y habitaciones. Sombrilla disponible que siempre viene muy bien. Garaje indispensable si vas en coche.Se portaron genial ya que nos dieron la opción de permanecer en la casa hasta la tarde que salía nuestro tren.Terraza maravillosa para desayunar frente al mar.

La ubicación del piso es excelente y es un gran beneficio que tenga garage ya que en la zona es difícil aparcar en la calle. El lugar muy lindo y lo mejor que tenia era la terraza para poder cenar al aire libre disfrutando del atardecer.

Leider funktionierte die Dusche nicht richtig und wurde trotz Benachrichtigung auch nicht repariert. Wir konnten die Temperatur nicht regeln. Die Funktion der Dusche wurde nur über die Herabsenkung der Temperatur des Boilers reguliert. Das warme Wasser reichte dann auch nicht mehr aus. Ebenso funktionierte die Waschmaschine bei uns nicht richtig. Den Fernseher konnten wir trotz Bemühungen nicht sud deutschsprachige Sender eingestellt werden. Ein Tipp. Mit den Gästen durch die Wohnung gehen und die jeweiligen Einstellungen persönlich besprechen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet.

La ubicación de la vivienda es excelente, muy facil llegar a ella. El hecho de que incluya una plaza de garaje incluida en el precio es bastante importante. Lo malo es que no tiene ascensor y es un segundo, desde el garaje son tres plantas por escaleras cargados con maletas...etc., pero aún así merece bastante la pena, pues una vez que estás arriba te olvidas :) La terraza le da mucha vida a la vivienda, pues hay una mesa grande y sillas para poder comer, cenar, desayunar...etc. así como tumbarte a tomar el sol o relajarte, o simplemente tender la ropa o colgar las toallas de la playa. La limpieza está bien, aceptable. Tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el salón. La cocina está completa con (creo) casi todo lo necesario (frigo, cafetera, lavadora, microondas, tostadora...). A la hora de dormir o descansar e

Estancia muy recomendable, ubicación ideal, segunda línea de playa y a 1 minuto de restaurantes, heladerías…. La terraza nos enamoró. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna

Al lado de la playa y de la zona de ocio. Lo de que tenga garaje es un plus puesto que en conil es súper difícil aparcar en verano y más en esa zona. Alojamiento grande y dotado de todo lo necesario.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Appartement Lilly. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Ortskern war ein wichtiger Grund für unsere Buchung. Auch der Tiefgaragenplatz ist ein großer Vorteil. Man sollte darauf achten, nur einen Kleinwagen zu buchen, denn die Parkbucht ist sehr eng. Das App. ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für vier Personen. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt und groß. Leider war die Markise defekt und wir konnten sie nur am Morgen und Abend nutzen. Es gibt eine Sonnenliege, sechs Stühle, Tisch und eine Metallliege, auf der man, trotz Auflage jedoch nicht sitzen oder liegen kann. Uns haben im Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt. Bis auf einen kleinen Bereich an der Badewanne und auf dem Deckel der Wäschebox gibt es keinen Platz, auf dem man seine Utensilien abstellen kann. Zwei Personen können zur Not klarkommen. In der Küche war eine Schranktür defekt und der Reisewasserkocher ist zu klein. Spül-und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden.

Piso muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y céntrico, pero tranquilo y sin ruidos. Alojamiento y limpio, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

El alojamiento es tal y como se recoge en las imágenes. Calle muy tranquila pero a dos pasos de la playa, de la zona de compras y de la zona de fiesta. Muy recomendable.
