The holiday apartment Lope de Vega is set in a tranquil, narrow street close to the beach and the center of Conil. With air condition and log fire heating a perfect place to stay in summer and winter.

Inside:

Completely reformed apartment in typical Andalusian town house. With small living room with sofa, easy chair and TV. The dining place is a extendable table with foldable chairs stored in a compartment. Separate kitchen with dishwasher and glass ceramic hob. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and a small single room. Bathroom with shower.

Outside:

Access to the terrace over the communal staircase. Each apartment has its own private terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast with nice views, shaded by an awning. There is a utility room with washing machine and a bathroom with shower, both private for the guests of the apartment.

Situation:

Set in a car free narrow street in a touristically unspoilt area close to the river, you enjoy tranquility and at the same time proximity to the beach and the historic center. Close by you find typical small shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, as well as bars and restaurants.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as air condition. A chimney with hot air flow insert guarantees comfort and dry warmth in winter with wood burning fireplace. And Aircondicioning for the summer months.

It is possible to find parking at a few minutes walk from the apartment.

El apartamento es perfecto para 5 personas. A 5 minutos andando de la playa y de toda la zona de "ocio". Ideal porqué la calle es tranquila y no hay ruido, además el apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, importante en verano. El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, sólo que para acceder a la terraza tienes que salir del propio apartamento y subir las escaleras que te llevan al piso de arriba, donde está la terraza. Hemos estado muy a gusto :)

Todo muy limpio salvo los utensilios de cocina, que hubo que volver a fregar antes de su uso. Mucho calor en la habitación individual. Buena atención y nos gustó mucho la terraza.

Una suerte haber encontrado este alojamiento, muy cerca tanto del centro del pueblo como de la playa (se puede ir a todos los sitios de interés andando, no hace falta el coche para nada). El apartamento tiene de todo, no le falta detalle. La terraza es maravillosa, tanto para comer como para poder tomar algo. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Ojalá podamos repetir el año que viene

Vivienda con una ubicación excepcional, ya que está muy cerca, tanto de la playa como del centro del pueblo, con lo cual te puedes olvidar del vehículo y disfrutar de esta maravillosa localidad. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo y disfrutar de su estancia. Destacable el patio superior para poder disfrutar de sus vistas al mar y el cielo estrellado en las noches frescas de Conil. Volveremos sin dudarlo.
