The location

The situation next to the old town of Conil, in the Fishermens Quarter (Barrio de los Pescadores) allows you to participate in the daily Andalusian life. The almost car free street is quite calm.
The beach is only a 5 minutes' walk, whilst restaurants, boutiques and charming small groceries for daily use are located in the immediate vicinity.

Inside

The apartment has been recently renovated and equipped to a high standard: mattresses, electrical devices and other inventory is best quality.

The duplex apartment is on second floor with an attic room connecting to a roof terrace. On second floor is a small living room with sofa and 2 easy chairs (extendable). The living area is open to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have large bay windows looking south-west and adjustable shutters.

On the same level is another double bedroom and cabin-like sleeping area with double bed next to the staircase. In a utility cabinet you find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

On the top floor is a kitchen with living area. Large glass doors lead to the roof terrace, furnished with a wooden cushioned bench, chairs, and table.

Drinking water and ozone

In the kitchen is an extra tab connected to a reverse osmosis filter system, providing high quality drinking water. It is also connected to an ice-cube machine in the freezer.

The ensuite-bathroom has a tap producing ozone, which can be used for cleaning and desinfection.

High speed internet

with optic fiber enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Cooling and heating:

There is air condition in the living room and in the attic room which can be used for heating and cooling. There are also low consumption heating devices in the bedrooms.

Parking in the old town:

This neighborhood is a non-parking area. There are several open air public parking places in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.

très bel appartement, propre, le duplex avec cuisine et terrasse avec vue sur mer est parfait. Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux à Conil. A améliorer : manque d'informations à l'arrivée notamment je n'ai pas reçu par email / sms le code du coffre fort pour récupérer les clés. Il n'y avait pas de draps sur un des lits. la douche en entrant à droit était bouchée et vissée, donc impossible de la déboucher et la nettoyer.

The apartment was wonderfully appointed, centrally located, quiet, with supremely comfortable beds. The roof terrace has beautful views and flows directly from the lovely kitchen which had everything we needed. The terrace is not that private if the adjoining apartment is occupied. You can shake hands with your adjoining neighbours but that was ok for us. We had a wonderful 10 days in Karin’s apartment and would definitely return.

Appartement correspondant aux photos. Équipements cuisine de qualité. Situation idéale et appartement calme. Aération super, nous n’avons jamais subit la chaleur et pas eu besoin d’utiliser la climatisation disponible et fonctionnelle. Seules améliorations possibles: La literie un peu dure et le mobilier d’extérieur et le canapé peu confortables.

Nos costó mucho encontrar el alojamiento, pero la casa está súper bien y estuvimos muy agusto, el aire del salón se había estropeado pero corría mucho aire y no hizo falta, la verdad estuvimos muy bien

El departamento es muy cómodo, está ubicado a distancia caminable tanto a restaurantes como a la playa, el departamento tiene los servicios que se necesitan.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Den Komfort bewerten wir sehr schlecht, da die Wohnung mehrfach mit Videokameras überwacht wird. Das mag der Sicherheit dienen, schafft aber eher ein ungutes Gefühl. Das Wohnzimmer wird überwacht und würde man die Trennwand nicht aktivieren das Schlafzimmer ebenfalls. Oben auch die Küche. Dies alles ohne Hinweis auf Videoüberwachung. Das sorgt nicht für entspannte Erholung. Würden wir nicht wieder buchen.

¡Qué maravilla de apartamento! Tiene todo lo que buscábamos y la ubicación es perfecta. Vistas maravillosas. No hemos necesitado
nada durante la estancia, el check in fue muy sencillo y el check out sin problemas. Volveremos para pasar un mes en este apartamento. Conil es precioso!!!
