Azucena is a typical Andalusian town house with upstairs kitchen and large terrace with great views.
The location
The 'Barrio de las Flores' is a traditional neighborhood with narrow, traffic free alleys. Set on one of the highest points of Conil, next to an ancient windmill, you enjoy tranquility and proximity to the beach and the town center. Supermarket, shops, market hall, restaurants... everything in less than 10 minutes walk.
The house
The house has been recently renovated and equipped to a high standard. Decoration is bright with mediterranean flair.Ground floor: Open plan living room on two levels: 2-seat-sofa and wicker arm chairs facing a smart-TV on a higher level. Dining place in the center and fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Staircase with storage space underneath.
1st floor: A hall with 2 easy chairs divides the space between the two bedrooms. On the right a spacious bedroom with queen size bed, shower-room and walk-in wardrobe with toilet. On the left a twin bedroom.
2nd floor: a second fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and french doors opening to the roof terrace.
The large terrace offers awesome views over the village and the sea. An awning covers about 50% of the space. Furnished with a large, wooden table, foldable seats ans 2 loungers. With barbecue / iron plate.
High speed internet
with optic fiber enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Cooling and heating:
There are portable ventilation towers (very silent) to refresh in summer and good heating devices for winter.
Parking in the old town:
This neighborhood is a non-parking area. There are several open air public parking places in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.
Pets:
you dog is welcome. 35€ supplement.

Es war ein toller zweimonatiger Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Fischerviertel von Conil. Azucena war wie beschreiben. Die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und die Nähe zu allem, was Conil zu bieten hat von Vorteil. Bei ein paar Problemchen wurde uns freundlich, lösungsorientiert und schnell vom Casa-Andaluza-Team geholfen. Service vom Feinsten!!!Bis demnächst, Gundi+Werner aus Berlin

Ein ganz wunderbares Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort mit einer tollen Terrasse und Aussicht! Alles ist zu Fuß möglich, Strand Einkauf essen gehen… es ist perfekt und wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

La casa muy céntrica muy espaciosa y bien cuidada. Se encuentra en tres pisos conectados por escaleras No tuvimos que interactuar demasiado con Karin y su agencia porque la información que nos envió por correo electrónico y encontró en su sitio web es muy precisa. Recomendable para grupos de 4-5 personas.

Apartamento muy bonito, una configuración un poco extraña con 2 cocinas, pero un baño muy pequeño, pero excelente ubicación y exactamente lo que se ve en las fotos. Sin embargo, vale la pena señalar en el anuncio que no se trata de un alquiler de AirBnB de una persona física, sino que tendrás que completar la reserva a través de una empresa externa llamada Casa Andaluza, firmar los Términos y Condiciones y un contrato allí que parecía que podría ser una posible estafa, sin embargo, todo está bien y el equipo de Casa Andaluza es muy útil.

Apartamento súper bonito, limpio y bonito! Impresionante terraza en la azotea, 2 cocinas, 2 baños, 2 baños. Nos encantó alojarnos allí. Bares, restaurantes y playa a poca distancia a pie. El wifi no funcionaba al principio, pero se podía arreglar con ayuda del anfitrión al día siguiente.

Wir verbringen seit Jahren unseren Urlaub und des Öfteren im Jahr in Conil. Wir mieten immer ein Haus und das war das beste Haus bisher. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt man kann nichts bemängeln alles sehr gut überdacht und perfekt organisiert. Die Lage ist wunderbar alles geht zu Fuß und den Wagen kann man stehen lassen. vielen Dank an die Agentur auch die sind super professionell. herzliche Grüße, Antonia und Jürgen
