Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex has a large, fenced in swimming pool. The communal and private gardens are lush with mature, blossoming vegetation.
Playa Fontanilla is a popular accommodation for families, offering a secure environment for children and possibilities to make friends.

Casa Lucía is semi-detached with a garden covered with lawn and a front terrace with awnings. Furnished with a set of wooden terrace furniture and with 2 sunbeds.
The kitchen connects to a protected patio furnished with 2 outdoor sofas.
Enjoy views over the area from the balcony on the 1st floor, furnished with a set of foldable chairs and small table, with access from the master bedroom. The roof terrace is equipped with 2 sundbeds and offers great views.

Inside:
Casa Lucía has a brand new furnishing in fair colours. Walls are decorated with posters showing the beaches and coastline of the area.
Ground floor:
Living room with 2 sofas, smart-TV, dining area and a staircase leading up to the 1st floor.
Separate, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and a breakfast corner. Kitchen utensils are all new and of best quality.
Guest toilet.
First floor:
Master bedroom with 160cm double bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom with bath tub. The other 2 bedrooms are twin and share a bathroom with bath.
Air condition combined with heating in the living room and all 3 bedrooms.
Covered parkingin the communal garage included in the price.
Long-term rental in winter:
From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
Animals are not permitted.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und der ganzen Abwicklung von Casa Andaluza.Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und wir konnten sogar früher ins Haus. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, nah am Strand und am Ort.Wir werden sicher wieder dort buchen

La casa se ubica en una urbanizacion con piscina compartida y ademas cuenta con Garaje. Esta cerca de la Playa de La Fontanilla y de supermercados. Cuenta con todo el menaje necesario y disponen de cunas y tronas. Hemos ido 6 adultos y 2 bebés y todo ha ido genial.

A delightful, spacious and well equipped villa. We particularly appreciated the generous storage space for clothes with sufficient clothes hangers, as well plenty of shelf space in the bathrooms for bottleS, brushes, make up etc. Both facilities often lacking in other villas we have stayed in. The villa is perfectly placed for a leisurely stroll into the town or to the beach - both with a terrific choice of restaurants. An ideal place for holiday - we will be back!

Dass wir bei der Ankunft nicht ins Haus kamen und 1 1/2 Stunden auf den Schlüsseldienst warten mussten, war sehr ärgerlich. Gleichzeitig war die Betreuung durch Sarah sehr freundlich und erfolgreich!

Muy bonita casa. Muy cómoda. Adecuada para 5 personas. Dispone de todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea muy agradable. Sólo le pondría una pega que es la hora de salida. Las 11 me parece muy temprano.
