The residential area is set in the new quarters in the north of Conil. A 5 minutes ride takes you to the marvellous sandy beaches of Conil or El Palmar. There are shops, supermarket and some smaller cafés and restaurants nearby and a town bus takes you down to the beach or the old town of Conil.

Inside:

1st floor: Master bedroom with 150 cm bed, 90 cm bed and en-suite bathroom. Two double bedrooms with 90 cm beds share the other bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bathrooms with bathtub.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one double (150cm) with bathroom ensuite, the owther two twin sharing the second bathroom.

Outside:

The 30 sqm patio is furnished with a set of seats and table with sunshade and gives a sensation of privacy.

At the back of the house there is a 30nbsp;metre chill-out style terrace
