is an exclusive villa area on the west of Conil at only 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There are supermarkets in walking distance, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil.
Communal area:
Formed by approx. 50 terraced houses, the residential complex Playa Fontanilla has a large, fenced in swimming pool and a playground for toddlers. There is private parking inside the residential area, in front of the entrance.
Outside:
The house has a west facing, furnished terrace oriented to the pool area and a balcony on 1st floor.
Inside:
Furnishing and decoration is modern and light, selected with care for quality and style.
Ground floor: Living room with 3-seated sofa and footrest and dining area for 6 which connects to the kitchen. It is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast corner. Bathroom with shower and WC.
First floor: Master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and small terrace, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and third bedroom with 135 cm double bed. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidé. The bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes.
Air condition combined with heating in the living room and all bedrooms.
High speed internet
enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.
Secure parking next to the house.
Pets admitted, 35€ supplement.

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Urlaub. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles gut gepflegt. Uns hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Kinderzimmer gefehlt, bei 42° wäre das auch dort besser gewesen.In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Toller Urlaub
