The garden is divided into two distinct areas: the entrance, with polished concrete parking space for several vehicles; and to the right of the house, the leisure area with the pool and barbecue. A charming flower-filled porch invites you to relax outdoors. The surroundings include a lawn, fruit trees, and colourful plants. Several sets of chairs and tables are available to place wherever you prefer in the garden.

The pool (6 x 3 m) is operational from Easter until the end of October.

Inside:

The house is tastefully decorated with quality materials in a rustic charm: terracotta floors, warm-coloured walls, exposed wooden beam ceilings, and inviting furnishings.
There is an open-plan kitchen-dining area that connects to a bright living room, and a spacious lounge with a traditional fireplace. The house offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, all with built-in wardrobes.

There is a full bathroom with bathtub and an en-suite bathroom with shower in the main bedroom.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Heating / cooling:

Tensures a pleasant indoor temperature all year round. The fireplace adds cosy warmth during winter months.

Surroundings:

Located in a quiet rural area between Conil and Dehesa de la Villa, near the Casa de Postas area. A paved road connects to the main road that leads to Conil town centre in just a few minutes.

Long-term rental in winter:

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
