This charming townhouse is located in the heart of Conil, within the residential area of Huerta de Enmedio, a very quiet and authentic neighborhood, away from mass tourism and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The property offers pleasant outdoor spaces: a northeast-facing patio, furnished with a wooden table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, and a sunny rooftop terrace with pergola, equipped with cushioned pallet-style chill-out furniture, from where you can enjoy lovely views over Conil and the sea.

Inside, the ground floor features a bright living-dining area, furnished with a chaise-longue sofa, dining table, bookcase, and a Smart TV with an adjustable arm, allowing the screen to be oriented towards either the sofa or the dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and electric oven. There is also a guest WC and a small patio with washing machine.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom, two single bedrooms, and a full bathroom with WC and shower.

The house is equipped with internet, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, mosquito screens on all windows, Spanish TV channels via antenna, and German channels via satellite, making it especially comfortable for longer stays.

Thanks to its layout and equipment, the house is ideal for family holidays as well as long-term stays during the winter months. Its location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, the historic center, restaurants, bars, and shops, in a typical non-touristic neighborhood with local charm.

Parking

is quite impossible in the narrow streets of the district. There are several open air public parkings in and around Conil. In summer they charge between 3-5 € per day.
