Exterior:

on floor level is a furnished terrace with sunshade and sea view. The garden is open to the communal park and only in the beginning framed by lower bushes to create a separation from the neighbor. There is a terrace on 1st floor and a roof terrace with panoramic views.

Interior:

Light flooded living room with sofas and easy chair, dining area for 6. On one side it has a large window and french doors opening to the terrace. On the other side, next to the dining table is a french door opening to the light patio with tropical pot plants, which forms the center of the house. The patio can be shaded with a sunshade and serves also for ventilation to create a pleasant interior climate without using the air condition.There is a large flat screen TV with international channels (ASTRA), and a stereo system. Kitchen is separate, spacious and fitted to a high standard. On ground floor is also a twin bedroom and a guest toilet.

On first floor is another twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom en-suite, and with access to a terrace furnished with desk chairs, from where you can enjoy great views.

Surroundings:

The residencial area Fuente del Sol is at continuation of Fuente del Gallo. There are 2 shops a 10 minutes walk away (the supermarket of the camp site of Fuente del Gallo and the a small spar market). Also several restaurants are in walking distance. The track down to the sandy cove Cala de Puntalejo starts next to the residencial area.

Pool is operative during the whole year. From 15 of June until 15 of September with life guard.
