Comfortable, homely holiday villa close to Cape Trafalgar. House for 4 people + apartment for 2.

Outside:

The lovely garden is relatively small, but mature with lawn, shrubs and a palm tree. Dense hedges protect from the wind and prying eyes on all sides. The entrance to the estate is paved and forms a patio, framed by the house, the apartment and the entrance gate. It is furnished with a mosaique table and wooden chairs.

An outside staircase leads to the furnished roof terrace, partially covered with a sun roof and offering wide views over the landscape: the hamlet of Zahora, the natural park #39;La Breña#39;, the lighthouse and the ocean. There is a gas powered barbecue next to the entrance to the studio room with glass walls on 2 sides, with bamboo sitting furniture. On top of this attic room is another small terrace with stunning panoramic views.

The House:

The house has a cosy flair and is comfortably furnished. The former porch has been transformed into a conservatory which is used as a dining room. The American style kitchen is spacious and well equipped. It is separated by a bar from the living room with sofas and two easy chairs, open fire, sat-TV (ASTRA, with mostly German channels, but also several English language news channels). There are 2 bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed and a bathroom.

The Apartment

consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, small bathroom with shower. It can be rented in only in addition to the villa, if you are a group of 5-6 people or just want to have more space.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Heating amp; cooling:

The solid structure of the building and the moderate climate of the Atlantic coast do not require air condition. I

Surroundings:

Set with two other houses on a private track, with gates at both ends, the beach is a 15 minutes walk away if you take a shortcut from the rear gate. There are also 2 restaurants and a grocery in walking distance. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away or 3 minutes by car. The long, unspoiled sandy beach, known as Cala Isabel, leads along a unique dune landscape to Cape Trafalgar. There you find a nice beach bar with restaurant (Kalima).

Pets are admitted, 35€ extra cleaning fee.
