Set next to El Punto, a key point in Conil#39;s centre, this penthouse apartment is close to many restaurants, shops, bars and the old town of Conil, at only 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Inside:

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. With elevator.Open plan kitchen, living room and dining place with south facing French doors opening to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and brand new cooking appliances. There is a wooden dining place for 6 and two 3-seat sofas. Flat screen TV with satellite TV (ASTRA) and stereo system.

The 3 bedrooms are located in a separate wing: Two of them double (with queen size bed and one of them with en-suite bathroom, both of them with direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is twin. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

Both bathrooms have bath tub, bidet and WC. The washmashine is in the shared bathroom.

Outside:

The terrace is framing the apartment on the south and east side, offering phantastic views over the beach. On clear days you can even spot the African continent. It is furnished with a round wooden table which fits 6, several loungers and a barbecue.
