Villa Elissa is comfortably furnished holiday villa with pool at 5 min. drive from Conil and the sandy beaches. Set on a slope, it has great views over the rural backlands of Conil and the ocean.

Outside:

Completely fenced in garden with high hedge on one side, and walls to the other sides. Sunny terrace and swimming pool in the back yard, covered terrace on the south side of the villa (in construction), shaded by a pergola. On the north-east side is a barbecue-patio with a brick made barbecue and a sink. There are 4 loungers and 2 sets of wooden garden furniture, one for the main terrace, the other set is light and can be moved to wherever you need them.

Cozy and tastefully furnished living room with 2 sofas and armchair, closed chimney with hot air ventilation, flat screen TV with satellite connection (ASTRA). The dining room is conservatory style with large glass windows opening to the garden and has a dining place for 6. Fully fitted country style kitchen with American fridge, dishwasher, electric oven. Master bedroom with 150 x 200 cm double bed and bathroom with bath en-suite. The other 2 bedrooms are twin and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have inbuilt wardrobes.

Heating amp; cooling:

The solid structure of the building and the moderate climate of the Atlantic coast do not require air condition. There are ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and in all bedrooms. In winter you can heat the house with the chimney + electric heating for living room and all the bedrooms.

Surroundings:

The property is on a small country road, 5 km north of Conil on a slope with wide views over the open landscape. Conil and the sandy beaches of the area are a 5-10 min. drive away.
