Mirador Fontanilla

is an exclusive apartment complex on the west of Conil at only 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach Playa Fontanilla. There is a popular cocktail bar and a large supermarket next to the complex, and a 15 minutes stroll takes you to the old center of Conil. There are also several restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Outside area:

west facing terrace and small garden, furnished with table amp; chairs and loungers and with extendable sunshades.

On the rear side is a small patio with washing lines, outdoor shower and storage space for beach chairs.

Communal pool:

operative from May until October.

Inside:

living-dining room furnished with chaise-longue sofa. It connects to the kitchen with glass ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave. The bar, which separates the kitchen from the living room, is equipped with high chairs and can be used as dining space, when the whether doesn´t allow to dine outside.

Bedroom with queen size double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both with built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, WC and sink.

Heating amp; Cooling:

Air conditioning in living room and in the bedrooms.

High speed internet

enables you to stream your favorite programs, connecting your mobile device via HDMI to the TV.

Parking:

There is private parking in the communal garage of the complex.

Long-term rental in winter:

From November until March there is a monthly rate for long-term winter rentals (gt;60 days).
