The house
After a recent renovation of kitchen, bathrooms and furnishing, the house comfortably accommodates two families who want to share a holiday home for their vacations in Zahora.
It has a spacious open plan living room with 2 3-seat sofas, one of them with chaise-longue, 2 easy chairs and chimney. Large dining table with benches. Fully equipped brand new kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.
The double bedroom has a French size double bed (140 x 190 cm) and shares a bathroom (shower, WC) with a twin bedroom. The second double bedroom with queen size bed shares the second bathroom (bath with shower, WC) with the #39;childrens#39; room, equipped with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and wooden wardrobes.
The grounds
Enjoy the comfort in the shade of the front porch, furnished with wooden terrace furniture or relax in the garden in the shadow of the loquat tree. The rear patio has a brick made barbecue, and there is a shady seating corner under the wine covered pergola.

Parking
Parking for 2 cars on the estate. The garage is closed for guests, as it is used as a storage space by the owners.

In the proximities
The property is located in a cul-de-sac, away from traffic noise. At a walking distance of about 20 minutes you can reach the nearest beach of Cala Isabel / Playa de Zahora.
Within the village of Zahora, you can get your groceries at various small stores and supermarkets, get a take-away from Pizzería La Cabaña, or enjoy a nice meal at local restaurants such as Venta Curro, Arohaz and La Traiña. We advise you to check opening dates in advance, and make reservations during the high season.
Pets are welcome in this property. The supplement is 35€, only 1 pet allowed.

Pese a unas pequeñas dificultades iniciales para encontrar la casa, una vez instalados allí la estancia ha sido maravillosa: el alojamiento está completamente equipado, la limpieza era loable, la ubicación es buenísima, y las instalaciones no podrían ser mejores para unas vacaciones playeras. Totalmente recomendado.
