Atalaya Alma is located in a quiet residential area of Conil and features a furnished terrace.

South facing terrace with views, furnished with table and chairs. Communal area with swimming pool and baby pool.

he living and dining room is equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a modern smart TV for entertainment. The dining table and chairs provide a cosy space to enjoy meals in company.

-The kitchen:

The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob for convenient cooking.

-Bedrooms:

The flat also has two bedrooms: one large bedroom with a double bed and the other with an extra bed. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for convenient storage. The bathroom has a shower for guests' convenience.

Surroundings:

The flat is located in a quiet area at the west end of Conil, called 'La Atalaya'. It is a green area in the midst of pine trees and next to the beach La Fontanilla. A park with playground and a nice café is close by and there are several restaurants a few minutes walk away. A 5-10 minutes walks brings you to several supermarkets and the central area of Conil, where you find the municipal market hall, banks and all kind of shops.

El apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, menaje de cocina, limpieza, plancha, etc etc.Las habitaciones amplias, la terraza estupenda para desayunar, y la zona muy tranquila para poder descansar pero lo suficientemente cerca del pueblo para ir andando.

Todo bien,salvo el recambio de las sábanas ,que no había. También nos gustaría comentarles que para el próximo año nos gustaría repetir en el mismo apartamemto, a ser posible la primera quincena de julio.Cuando sea posible nos mandan las condiciones para posibilitar una nueva reserva.Gracias de antemano. Es la segunda vez que estamos en este apartamento. Nos encanta todo de él la ubicación, los servicios, etcLa única pega que puedo poner es el cierre de las puertas del armario de la habitación de dos camas que habría que arreglarlo y el zapatero de la entrada. No hemos podido usarlo porque hay una bisagra rota. Son pequeñas cosas, pero habría que arreglarlas. en el mes de julio van unos amigos nuestros porque les hemos aconsejado vuestro apartamento.

El apartamento está equipado con lo necesario. Las camas son cómodas, no tanto las almohadas. Hemos echado en falta algún cojin para el sofá. La zona es muy tranquila y se llega al centro andando con facilidad. Posiblemente repitamos.
