El apartamento Santa Barbara B se encuentra en la segunda planta y tiene dos terrazas totalmente equipadas y con una vista panorámica al mar, donde podrás apreciar desde el Cabo Trafalgar hasta el Cabo de Roche.

Aviso importante para viajeros jovenes (menores de 30 años)

Las NORMAS DE CASA: tienen que ser leidas y aceptadas por todos los que ocupen el apartamento.

Interior:

La vivienda es luminosa, está amueblada y decorada con un estilo moderno y colorido. En invierno 2018/19 será sometido a algunas reformas y mejoras en el baño y la cocina, y será dotada de placa de ducha en lugar de bañera, así como horno eléctrico y lavavajillas en la nueva cocina.
Salón-comedor cuenta con un sofá y un sillón, una televisión (con canales en inglés) y un reproductor de CDs. Cocina independiente, completamente equipada. Cuarto de baño con bañera, un dormitorio con cama doble (140 x 190 cm), y la otra habitación con dos camas individuales, ambas con armarios empotrados. Equipados con buenos aparatos de calefacción y edredones nórdicos.

Terrazas:

desde el salón acceces a una terraza orientada al oeste con vistas al mar, mientras que la terraza frontal con 180º vistas al mar está conectada a uno de los dormitorios. Está amueblada y tiene toldo.

Entorno:

El centro de Conil y el casco antiguo están a pocos minutos en pie y, por el otro lado, un paseo por la playa te lleva a los tradicionales chiringuitos 'La Ola' o 'Curro Jiménez', abiertos todo el año.

Sehr empfehlenswert: super Ausblick vom Südbalkon auf den Strand und das Meer; Lage am Rand von Conil, aber ideal zur Strandpromenade und nahe zum Zentrum von Conil;für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet, für die maximale Belegung mit 4 Personen Bestecke+Geschirr zu knapp; Heizmöglichkeiten in der Wintersaison mit 2 elektrischen Radiatoren möglich, aber suboptimal (schlechte Isolierung insbesondere Küchenfenster);Betreuung durch Casa Andaluza: sehr gut, hilfsbereit, schnelle Reaktion (u.a. durch den deutschen \"Hausmeister\").Wir kommen gerne wieder - wahrscheinlich auch mit Buchung über Casa Andaluza

La ubicación es perfecta pero el apartamento deja mucho que desear…. El ventilador de techo del dormitorio imposible utilizarlo porque vibra, hace ruido y parece que esté a punto de caerse encima de la cama, el hornillo de butano un peligro además de salir el fuego de forma irregular, una de las terrazas sin toldo, la limpieza cuando llegamos tampoco estaba bien, la estantería del salón estaba llena de polvo, cocina sin puerta, sin presión ninguna en el agua de la ducha, en la televisión solo le puede ver La 1 de canales españoles, poco aconsejable si vas con niños pequeños ya que tiene unas ventanas muy grandes, ideales para tener vistas, pero un peligro ya que no tiene una baranda segura, tiene dos varas sujetas en unas piezas a los lados, pero si te apoyas en las varas para asomarte, se doblan y están a muy poca altura del suelo. Tanto del asunto del ventilador como de la limpieza informe a la inmobiliaria pero no obtuve respuesta. Por otro lado, pedí entrar al apartamento a las 14h en vez de a las 17h y no hubo ninguna pega, lo cual es de agradecer.

This is our second time to stay here and the location is superb. We had an amazing holiday and the complex is very well kept and has an excellent location opposite the beach and on the edge of the town.The apartment was well equipped but there were some upgrades needed.The fridge was not working properly and our food went off before it should have.The kettle was broken and the curtain rail in the bedroom kept falling down.The pressure in the shower was poor.The outdoor table and chairs were uncomfortable and there is definitely a need for a parasol.

Schöne Unterkunft fast direkt am Strand mit der Möglichkeit den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Vor Ort gab es so ziemlich alles, was wir benötigten. Die Agentur Casa Andaluza ist sehr freundlich, und half bei ein paar Problemen, wo es ging.

Wohnung in Traumlage, leider schwierig zu finden. Ein Lageplan wäre von Vorteil! Ansonsten war alles gut. Sehr gute Nachbarn und auch sonst eher ruhig, man hört nur die Wellen am Strand.

The apartment is very bright and has spectacular ocean views from the rooms and two balconies. Just crossing the street and you're on the beach. We were there in the low season, but there were enough nice beach tents open and new ones were built for the high season. Conil's a nice, lively place. We immediately booked two weeks so we were there in total 3 weeks. If we already needed help with something then the people of Casa Andaluza (personally, within walking distance, or via email / phone) were immediately very helpful.

Die Unterkunft entspricht komplett den Bildern, die Aussicht auf den Strand ist von beiden Balkonen traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Lediglich der Fernseher ist etwas klein, dafür aber mit allen deutschen Programmen. Ein großer Vorteil ist auch der Tiefgaragenparkplatz, der zur Unterkunft gehört. Prinzipiell ist die Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Jedoch bringt die vorderste Lage auch einen Nachteil mit sich: auf der Straße / Strandpromenade vor der Unterkunft fahren bis spät abends bzw. frühs Autos und Motorräder oder laufen angetrunkene Nachtschwärmer, die man bei offenem Fenster natürlich auch hört. Somit ist die Unterkunft nachts nicht die ruhigste. Wen das nicht stört, unbedingt buchen!

Schönes Appartement, alles drin was man benötigt. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer . in 2 Minuten fußläufig in der Altstadt. Restaurants und Supermärkte in direkter Nähe. Betreuung durch Casa Andaluza wie seit vielen Jahren TOP !!! Lieben Dank für problemloses buchen und tolle Vor-Ort-Betreuung zu jeder Zeit .

Perfect place for us with a teenager son, he even got his own balcony. Love the closeness to to the beach. I bit noisy with the traffic from the main balcony but it didn't bother us much. Walking distance to streets with shops and restaurants. Nice and helpful people at the agency.
